Never have I felt
So alive as this
I’ll tell you of
My secret wish:
To live unburdened
In this place
Of fields and trees
And meadow grace
Of lightening storm
And firefly
There is a flame
Inside mine eye
When I think to live
Each precious day
By brook I walk
By field I lay
I’ll tell you of
My secret wish-
Never have I felt
So alive as this.
